HardSkyrim Features An Easter Egg Homage To The Developer Of Which Video Game?
Answer: Minecraft
Although there was a lawsuit in 2012 between Bethesda Softworks (the creators of Skyrim) and Mojang (the company behind Minecraft) over one of Mojang’s upcoming projects called Scrolls (specifically that The Elder Scrolls was a trademark owned by Bethesda), there were clearly no hard feelings between the actual developers behind the respective projects. Skyrim developers snuck a little Easter Egg into a Skyrim update, a “notched pickaxe” that raises the wielders smithing abilities, a clear nod to Minecraft’s lead developer Markus “Notch” Persson and his world-“smithing” mega hit Minecraft.
